Then this workshop is for you! Join Dave for a workshopd designed to relieve muscular tension using balls, props and stretching poses to open up your body and create a little space. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed and free to move.

This fun workshop is designed for everyone wanting to build confidence with the poses and the foundations of a vinyasa class. It’s great for those newer to yoga and for those wanting to have time to break down and explore the poses.

Over 90 minutes, we will focus on many of the poses we see in almost every yoga class ~ plank, chatarunga, down dog and more.

This is the perfect workshop to offer a better understanding of how to flow through your class with a sense of stability and ease.
