Are you ready to learn some tips and tricks to take your yoga practice to the next level?
Join Dave Gorvett in a fun 2 hour-workshop where you’ll learn the foundations to flow and fly!
The workshop will explore the fundamentals required for arm balancing, including alignment, breath and bandha work.
It will break down a range of arm balances including bakasana, eka pada koundinyasana, galavasana (flying pigeon) and other fun balances.

Sound + Yin Immersion
with Phoebe Dubar + Ruby Wall
Join the amazing Phoebe Dubar and Ruby Wall for a magical sound immersive experience accompanied by a deep nourishing yin class. Expect to be cocooned by the healing sounds of bells, bowls, chimes and gongs while softening into the nurturing energy of yin yoga.
The sound immersion is designed to induce states of profound physical relaxation, meditation and general wellbeing.
You will be guided to move slowly and gently in the wonderful world of the sound bath and yin. This is an event you won’t want to miss.

Beautiful Lysterfield Estate
We are beyond delighted to invite you to our weekend yoga retreat.
We will create space for you to delve a little deeper into the practices of yoga and meditation, space to enjoy and space just for you.
Our retreat will be held at the beautiful Lysterfield Country Retreat. This spacious venue is set on 13 acres of botanical gardens situated within close proximity to Lysterfield Lake Park and only an hour from Melbourne. The accommodation is gorgeous and the vibe welcoming. Together we will immerse in the beauty of our practice, with more space and time to restore, relax and rejuventate.
The weekend will include yoga, meditation, walks, space for self-reflection and rest.
All meals are vegetarian, prepared with wholesome organic ingredients, lovingly prepared by our private onsite chef. And yes, there will be coffee!
